This is the recipe!
We make stuffed mushrooms all the time, but this is the best combo I’ve been able to find
1 can of clams or cockles with juice
4 slices bacon
1 clove garlic
Blend or chop very finely
2 Tablespoons pecorino Romano
2 tablespoons mozzarella
1T melted butter
1/4c bread crumbs
Cover mushrooms in a little melted butter
Season with salt and white pepper
Top with mozzarella
Cook at 375F or 200C for 15 minutes in an air fryer or 30 minutes in a traditional oven (previously preheated)
Seriously, best ever!
